What are the most underdeveloped countries in Asia or South America?
Actually it doesn't have to be Asia or South America, but anywhere other than Africa. It can be islands too. Please give your opinion.

In Asia from my humble opinion: Burma, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines and India. In South America pretty much everywhere; at least in Asia we have our own developed countries unlike South America/Central America. I don't know any popular inventions coming from there at all.
