June/July in asia that is NOT too hot and humid ? Pretty much nowhere i'm from hong kong and am going back and to japan around that time and it's pretty much always unbearable but that's the way it is from korea down to malaysia during summer.

I think June and July are the most humid months in Asia. Also most Asian countries have similar weather conditions .The problem will be trying to find the less humid. If you are looking for cool and dry weather(June - July),Southern africa would be best. Check here for further info(http://www.climateandweather.com/)

unfortunately, you're not really going to find any southeast asian countries that aren't too hot and humid during the months you just mentioned. if anything, those are the peak months for heat and humidity. you might want to consider two countries though that are in the general area but located more towards the south. these countries are australia and new zealand. australia will actually cold during those months since it's going to be winter then. i'm not so sure about new zealand but it might be the same since it's to the southeast of australia.

Is it possible to get to Asia by boat rather than by plane from Vancouver?

Is it possible to get to Asia by boat rather than by plane from Vancouver?
Id like to travel to Asia from Vancouver BC but would rather go by boat than plane. Is it cheaper? I know its way longer but is it even doable. Anyone did it before? Thanks.

i'm sure it's doable if you have the ship to do it with. i'm just not sure there are still shipping companies or whatever you call them that offer passage. as for cruise ships, i haven't heard of any cruises coming from canada that include asia in their itinerary.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question but I just want to let you know that I've also been trying to find a way to get to China by boat; it would be fun, wouldn't it? And I hate the long flight over. So far I haven't found anything- not even cruse lines that offer to sail all the way to China. I've been trying to see if perhaps there's a charter boat in Hawaii but I'm still not finding anything. I guess it's become too old fashioned to really be profitable. Good luck on your search; I know I'll continue mine. Oh, and by the way, it probably would not be cheaper; it would take at least a week to get there from the US and so you have to add in food and housing costs. If it's all about the cost I would say go for a mid-week flight.

What was the last city in Asia Minor that Paul the Apostle visited before he was sent to Rome?
I'm doing a report on Paul and just trying to get some facts straight. Where was the last place he visited in Asia Minor (Modern Turkey)?

Myra: The centurion probably bore a diplomum, a pass which gave him priority to use any facility he required with or without payment until he took his prisoners to Rome. Before sailing the Ionian sea St Paul's ship tried to make a stop at Cnidos in Caria. Although devoid of arable land and sufficient water the rocky promontory on which Cnidus was founded enjoyed two small harbours which offered shelter to sea traffic, especially to those which arrived from the south and had to wait for the northwestern gale to stop before continuing on their way. The commercial activities that they carried out with the vessels which sailed in and out of their ports were the major income of the Cnidians. The ship carrying St Paul being unable to shelter to Cnidus because of the inclement weather and continued its way to find a better harbour.
