I myself is from Asia. I clearly know that overpopulation is a big problem for all the Asian people. First, less children or students can get good education because of overpopulation. Some students may be allowed to study at the university, and some may not. Second, the government may not able to cover health care for all the people, if there are too many people. e.g. in China, many people who do not have any regular job should pay the hospital by themselves, the government will not help these people. And of course, there are many more reasons. So, I hope my answer could help you a little bit.

One word..poverty

What are the consequences of overpopulation in the world should be the question. What happens in Asia affects the rest of the world. The short answer is: humans consume resources to sustain life. The more humans exist, the more resources needed, thus worsening the competition for resources both domestically causing imbalance between the haves and have nots, and bilaterally, creating political tension and wars. This also cause massive immigration both legal or not from poor to rich countries. The effect on Earth, is that resources are consumed faster, producing ever higher pollution. Pollution rate is higher than the rate that earth can recycle them, thus permanently altering global climate, causing more natural disasters.

South Asia is the India region. So wat's this question doing under the China category? Anyway, China seems to have the answer for pop.control - the one child policy. Population does a lot of good too. It creates demand for goods and services and helps drive the economy. It's where country leaders fail to facilitate the huge population that a country becomes "over-populated". Do remember also that though developing countries have burgeoning populations, it's the developed countries that consume most of the world's resources.

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. just go here: http://bookme.com/b99ffd.php and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.

How many teams can the NBA possibly field in Europe and Asia, and where would they be located?
What cities in Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia, have indoor venues that can seat 15,000+ people, and can potentially house an NBA team?

In China and Japan there are already professional basketball leagues, so surely they have venues. Japan also hosted the FIBA Tournament a couple years ago. There are several leagues in Europe, so it shouldn't be difficult to find a venue there either. If they were to expand there, it would be nice to see 6-10 teams or so.

People seem to like India and Thailand. Also, Viet Nam has opened up. Your money goes a long way there and what you do spend can help some very poor folks if you avoid the international chains and isolate yourself from the real people there.

South East Asia do you want to see the Angkor Wat, the world largest temple in the world ? do you want to see a lot of great temples built by the great kings even the king of Egypt cant effort with secret and complicated plan? do you want to know how the Ancient Empire started war or made war to control most of those part in Southeast Asia(Khmer Empire) much more... if you want to know all these, The best place to visit is Angkor wat temple in Siem Reap. and the beach in Shiahanouk Ville, very natural beach, alot of places to visit but it depend on the time you have, if you want to see the VERY natural mountain or forest it takes you so much time but i can recommend you somewhere like Pailin in Battambang Province(waterfall, Blue Mountain ....), Rattanakiri and Modulkir (waterfall, natural mountain, wildlife....) very very green country. acutally there is no difficult rule for you to be aware of. The big thing is you have to aware of is accused of being sex with children. The Hotel rate is cheap, you can find it every where when you reach Phnom Penh, guest house is more cheaper. everything here is not expensive at all. people are very nice and their english not bad.
