does online US medical transcription course work for people living in asia?
There is no course available in the country I currently live in so I was wondering if there is anyone living in asia who took an online accredited course and was able to get work afterwards.

Just a warning.in regards towards finding a job that does transcription of medical records... Effective 2011, due to PHI rules.... insurance carriers are making it a violation for any physician in the US to send private health information (PHI) on their patients out of the US, so there will likely be big changes and numerous experienced transciptionist looking for other jobs.

It depends. Are you going to transcribe US medical records. If so, then the answer is yes.
