What has Mexico done to help nations in Africa and Asia?
We're doing a project about mexico and a few other select countries in history, and my group and I can't find out what mexico's done to help other nations in Africa and/or Asia. We've search in every recommended website given as well as search it on google, but no luck.

Mexico is in no condition to be helping other countries, it is an extremely poor country and they are trying to build their economy back up then maybe they will start helping countries like africa

Nothing . Mexico has got enough of a problem in trying to deal with its own peoples problems . They just don't have the money . Or the things that can help . Haiti kind of wiped out Mexico's bank account in help out your neighbor money they had on hand .

They don't have the money to help anyone. That's why they all want to live in USA.

Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas received almost 196 Mexican troops, 14 truckloads of water, a mobile surgical unit, 45 military vehicles, 3 tons of purified water, and more than 250 tons of food, bottled water, canned food, disposable diapers and medical supplies. The Mexican Government sent $1 million through the Mexican Red Cross which collected an additional million, as well as 200 tons of food delivered in five airplanes from the Mexican Air Force by another Mexican Government body. The Mexican Navy sent two ships, 385 troopers, eight all-terrain vehicles, seven amphibious vehicles, two tankers, two helicopters, radio communication equipment, medical personnel and 296 tons of food as well. The state of Jalisco also sent four experts in disaster, while the Federal government offered to send expert teams in epidemiology and to cover the costs of returning any Mexican national back to Mexico. Wow! some answers are totally wrong. We have helped many countries like US when Katrine or Haiti and Chile with the earthquackes ut obviously we have priorities to attend like social disparity or economic develpment. Africa and Asia (except for China and south Korea) are not important in our economy so we have never cared about them, has anyone ever cared about the poor Africans? Just selfish NGOs making big businesses and giving them charity for all they receive.
