Where is the cheapest place to fly to in east Asia from Los Angeles?
I'm planning to travel and explore all over for many months in Asia, so I'd like to start in whatever city/country the cheapest airfare from Los Angeles leads me to. Thanks for helping!

I would recommend flying from Los Angeles to Taiwan Taoyuan Int. Airport (TPE) to start your adventure. It's nearer to LA than Bangkok by 1500miles and Kuala Lumpur by 2000+ miles, and from Taiwan you can travel from one Asian country to another using the services of Air Asia who are, not only cheap, but a great airline too. http://www.airasia.com/tw/en/home.html To get to Taiwan from LA you have a choice of Malaysia Airlines, Eva Air and China Airlines and in terms of price they are in the same order.
