What colors are best for creating a logo for a company that intends to do business in Asia and America? In other words, what colors are acceptable and liked in both cultures and what colors should be avoided?

Any dark colors for Asia, and light colors for US. Avoid Black in both.

Asians expecially chinese believe there is luck in gold and red whereby american market really has not absolute preference. Check on the competition and see what they are using. Anyhow a good logo colour although important will not be as important as what kind of product value you are offering. Perceived value is more important that actual value in marketing in the start-up stage. Good luck

What airlines/websites are best for offering cheap flights from South Korea to other parts of Asia?
I want to visit other parts of Asia over the holidays this year, and am struggling to find airlines and websites that offer cheap flights. I'm in South Korea, and I'm particulary interested in the Philippines.

Hey dude why don't you try this thing.. http://www.mytafri.com through this you can select the best and the cheapest deals for your place to anywhere. :) But you need to donwload it on your desktop though,.,, but its Free and small. you can even be able to watch the pics and the videos of the related flight thruogh this.... What effect did the colonization of America have on Asia?
I'm writing an essay about how the colonization of the americas had an impact on the rest of the world. Europe, and Africa are easy, but im really not sure what the colonization did to Asia at all. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

It would be fair to say that the initial colonisation of the Americas had very little effect on Asia compared to the partial colonisation of Asia itself. The big overall change was increasing prosperity as trade increased, but this brought with it increased competition and sometimes conflict. Traders often established fortified trading posts that could grow into colonies. The colonisation of the Americas was part of this matrix of increasing trade, as the prevailing winds of the Pacific became trade routes. Parts of Asia contributed colonists that settled in the Americas. Even today, more than a few of Latin America's prominent families, including ruling classes have origins in places like Syria and Lebanon, where many fled local political and religious strife. In more recent times many immigrants from East and South Asia have made their homes in the Americas. Thus America has served as a land of opportunity for many Asians.
