How come Americans don't really complain about hitech jobs going to Asia?
They usually complain about low paying manufacturing jobs or complain about illegal immigration stealing apple picking jobs. If you go to companies nowadays, Indians and other Asians are coming over, learning the trade, and going back to Asia...but we're more quiet about that.

Stop starting a primitive war, why don't we provoke white and black people to hate each other? less effort and effective.

For one, we have enough to complain about. For two, there were probably more of those laborers than the high tech job people who lost their jobs. Also the high tech people are educated and can find work in another arena, while the factory workers are stuck not knowing what they are going to do.

I am specifically looking to identify herbaceous plants native to Taiwan and the tropical climate band of East Asia. I need one in English, though Mandarin is fine if it's a photographic key.

Where is a good place in Asia to visit on a vacation in June/July without it being too hot and humid?
I'm planning a vacation to Asia in June/July. Where is a good palce to go that is not too hot or humid?

June/July in asia that is NOT too hot and humid ? Pretty much nowhere i'm from hong kong and am going back and to japan around that time and it's pretty much always unbearable but that's the way it is from korea down to malaysia during summer.

I think June and July are the most humid months in Asia.Also most Asian countries have similar weather conditions .The problem will be trying to find the less humid. If you are looking for cool and dry weather(June - July),Southern africa would be best. Check here for further info(http://www.climateandweather.com/)

unfortunately, you're not really going to find any southeast asian countries that aren't too hot and humid during the months you just mentioned. if anything, those are the peak months for heat and humidity. you might want to consider two countries though that are in the general area but located more towards the south. these countries are australia and new zealand. australia will actually cold during those months since it's going to be winter then. i'm not so sure about new zealand but it might be the same since it's to the southeast of australia.
