How long do I have to wait for Yes-Asia to verify my credit card?
It's the end of the second day, I hope they get back to me soon. Has anyone else experienced this before? They sent me an e-mail saying: To ensure that you are the rightful cardholder and to protect you from any unauthorized use of your credit card, kindly provide us with one of the following information at your earliest convenience: 1. A copy of the front and back image of your credit card. (Please black-out the signature area for your own protection); OR 2. A copy of your most recent credit card statement, which must clearly show the credit card number, the cardholder name and the billing address. It had other things in it, like saying that it's on hold and stuff. I trust Yes-Asia. But, I just don't want to be ripped off 185 dollars. I've made purchases at Yes-Asia but wasn't subject to the requirement you mentioned. I don't see the need for them to do so. All that they need is to check with the credit card issuance company to confirm that you're the rightful owner. Alternatively, you could connect with your credit card company and let them know of your purchased and advise them to 'approve' the purchased. Yes-Asia will then be notified by the credit card to proceed with the purchase..
