How come Christian nations don't get a lot of Natural disasters like those in Asia?
I think it's time atheists tremble at the might of the Lord and repent. Because Christian nations just don't get a lot of natural disasters that are devastating like Asia. Christian nations dont keep warring with themselves like the middle east and africa. So how come?

God keeps missing.

The only Christian nation I can think of is the Vatican. So what else are you talking about?
3 :
Ummmm...Hurrican Katrina, massive forest fires, rampant flooding don't qualify? You're being ridiculous.
4 :
because we serve a mighty God who loves His children and protects them. amen!
5 :
Because no "christian" nation exists.
6 :
Katrina and Gustav slipped through while God was watching the infidels blow each other up, I guess.
7 :
You aren't paying very close attention.
8 :
Oh my.
9 :
Cough Katrina Cough

As a Christian, I'm not so convinced this is a solid argument as you are making it out to be. "The Lord causes it to rain on the just and the unjust." Sorry, dude.
11 :
We are blessed.
12 :
Like Katrina? "Christian nations dont keep warring with themselves like the middle east and africa." Like the current US engagement in Iraq? Or do you mean like Vietnam, Panama, Guam?
13 :
utter rubbish, even for you.
14 :
Do you mean like Hurricane Katrina? Massive earthquakes in California? Wildfires in California? Flooding all over the USA?, or are we not a Christian nation? I know many will say no. Some will say yes. What nations do you mean?
15 :
Not keeping up with the news, huh? Or do you not consider wildfires in California to be a natural disaster? Perhaps you're wise enough to understand that the U.S. is not a Christian nation. Either way, natural disasters occur everywhere. No nation is immune, Christian or otherwise. Particularly ironic: within the last few days California had a devastating wildfire on Angel Island.

Feeling a tad ethnocentric? Moron!
17 :
Hmmm...try telling that to the millions of people who were effected by Hurricane Ike last month. You do not get the Weather Channel on cable?
18 :
Is there a Christian nation besides Vatican City?
19 :
You obviously haven't been to North America. Earthquakes, Hurricanes etc.
20 :
I don't know of any Christian nations, so your argument is meaningless.
21 :
I think murder is a natural disaster...and we have plenty of that. The only reason so many people die in those countries is because of an increased poor population without access to news/transportation in time. I don't think America isn't exactly a Christian nation anyway. Only Christians would say that.
22 :
and what pray tell was Katrina? or for that matter the numerous earthquakes in California over the last century or so. or the tornados that devastate the middle of the USA... or the floods that regularly occur in the Mississipi basin. Christian Nations don't war amongst themselves, eh? What about WWII? Your premise is fundamentally flawed perhaps?
23 :
UK is mostly atheist and I haven't heard about a natural disaster there in like... um... ever. You might want to re-work this theory of yours.
24 :
Yes because christian nations like america would never have a levee break and then send poo water, dead bodies, and toxins through a city. Or we would never have a huge earthquake in a city with a large red bridge. Or we would never have a large percentage of our population wipped out by war in babylon. Or chistian nation would never have air born virus, or bird virus epidemic. No us christian are so safe we sould stop praying.
25 :
Have you NO education?
26 :
You obviously weren't watching the news when Hurricane Katrina struck. Nor when Christian nations went to war recently: Yugoslavia, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan, Iraq...
27 :
They're too busy making war on other nations, such as Afghanistan and Iraq. And did we forget Katrina? What about the forest fires and mudslides every year in LA? Mid west flooding every year? Earthquakes? Terrorist attacks? The idea that God goes around punishing people who don't follow him left and right isn't even a Christian idea. Christians believe God waits for Judgement Day!
28 :
Does being a Christian give you a subjective memory? I seem to recall a Hurricane or two that took out New Orleans, massive wildfires burning California to a crisp, Water shortages in Georgia, but I could be mistaken. God Loves America, doesn't he?
29 :
Who in the hell worries about NATURAL disasters right now! Open a newspaper, or watch the news! We are in a financial disaster right now, the likes of which this country has not seen, since the Great Depression! People are committing suicide, and taking their families with them!! Wake up!! As for war? Bush is warring on Iraq at the moment, or did that escape your notice, too????
30 :
Ha ha ha. I will see if I can find you a clue.
31 :
I assume you mean natural disasters like hurricanes Katrina and Ike and Gustav and Hannah, and like the tornadoes that devastate much of the United States every year, and like the earthquakes in California ... those kinds of natural disasters that Christian nations like the good old US of A don't get. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and hope you were joking. .
32 :
We have a number of natural disasters so I don't get your view of us not having a lot of natural disasters as the Asian nations.
33 :
I hope your faith in God is strong, for our country is about to be changed and God is just trying to get our attention now, but worse is on it's way, for you don't seem to realize that we live in the belly of the Beast prophesied about in the book of Revelation. To God, all world governments are evil, as is all the false prophets throughout the world. The only true church and peoples of God are those who have overcome the world of man and follow God and not men. Revelation 3; 12. Gods people shall be called the New Jerusalem, which none but those who are taught by God, through his son, Jesus Christ. Gods true church is within us who need no man-made laws to know right from wrong. The more laws made to control, the further from God we are. All churches are abominations to God. Gods spirit only enters temples of flesh, not stone. A true follower of God needs no church to know how to live amongest his fellow beings. Think about it.

Regarding your Question and the comments (Answers). GOD is LOVE...Jesus came to correct our understanding of his Father...Their is no death or punishments made by GOD...And we are all created by him...He loves us, and he gave us the body to handle the soul...So both are perfect... But we did not protect them, and we fall in thins... Saint Paul was sent by Jesus to spread the word of GOD in the entire world...The message was never for the people of GOD only...We are all equal and what GOD knows we will never reach... GOD BLESSES YOU ALL + + +

1) Why are you directing this at atheists? The areas that are devastated by natural disasters are not atheist nations. Your logic is non-existent, a little like your God. 2) There are no Christian nations, either. 3) I feel the need to point out that your God is being used as an excuse to fight the biggest war in the Middle East at the moment. 4) I will never be worshipping a God who deliberately destroys lives with natural disasters. Good day to you.
36 :
It could be a geographical thing. Careful now. You saw what happened with Katrina, and Rita. Not to mention Ike.
37 :
Even though atheists are spreading across our culture like a cancer, we still have a covenant with the Lord that protects those of us who still respect and love the Lord.

Dude, my area gets hit every year by a killer tornado, and I live in the Bible Belt USA. Watch the news, read a newspaper or something. I am a strong believer in God, but that does not exempt me from natural disaster. It just means that when I get hit it was my turn to struggle and strengthen my faith.
